I am MAKING THESE! Thank you for sharing. I have a lot of tart cherry juice concentrate that I couldn’t figure out what to do with, perfect!
That’s awesome! With concentrate make sure to dilute it first before using in this recipe.
These look so good and I love a healthier version of treats. Thanks for sharing!
Hi, thank you so much for this recipe. Look so interesting and am looking forward to trying many of your different recipes. May I ask if you can omit the honey if I don’t want this so sweet ?
Hi! You can definitely leave the honey out if you’re using sweetened cherry juice. But if you use tart cherry juice, they’ll be pretty sour without honey.
Thanks so much. If I leave the honey out, do I substitute with more juice/liquid or can I leave it out completely?
I would just leave it out or add a bit more juice. The gummies might be a bit chewier, but should still be fine..
These look delicious and nutritious to boot. Will be making some of these treats! Thank you for the inspiration!
These look great! Can’t wait to try with the kids.
Hi, can I substitute the gelatin with pectin powder? Thank you.
Hi Mel! I’m not sure about using Pectin. Sorry!

Hi Kimberly! Heating does not affect the health benefits at all!

Thank you so much for pointing that out! The recipe card is correct. It’s just a half cup of juice.
